He began working with Globall Soccer in 2001 and continued his work as a coach with the Long Island Rough Riders until now.

As a coach, my philosophy is built from the likes of coaches Cesar Luis Mennoti and Pepe Guardiola, to train my teams to be highly technical players, always being creative and offensive on the field. I am a high energy active coach that always gives 100% of myself to my teams, building confidence and passion to enjoy the game. I like to form sportsmanship in my teams and good character to perform on the field. It's not only about winning, especially with the younger ages, it's also about learning to be a good player inside and outside the field with plenty of discipline and respect.
